Your major responsibilities include ensuring guests are satisfied with hotel cleanliness, responding to guest needs, ensuring safety and security of public area, maintaining inventory and cost controls, selecting, training, maintaining and managing a motivated and skilled work force. You also create a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality performance for Housekeeping team members to follow.

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
Previous housekeeping management experience in 5 star Hotels or Resorts

This includes ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed and rectifies any IT problems that may arise.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar
Previous experience in an IT management role, ideally within a hotel or resorts environment

Certified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5 years supervisory experience in a hotel engineering department or similar
Familiar with the operations and priorities of operating departments in a hotel/resort
Good Implementation and communication skills
Good Leadership, management and team-building skills
