HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER
- Ensure delivering of excellent service quality for hotel guest
- Managing and increase hotel revenue with initiate and implement improvement ideas.
- Managing hotel managers and staff
- Deliver monthly reports of d hotel revenue and performance.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Food & Beverage Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in managing 5 star hotel
- Good leadership, creative and innovative thinking to elaborate and implement improvement ideas for better service.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Computer literate.
- Willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau, (1.5 hours from Pekanbaru)
