Now looking for:Guest Experience & Quality Manager
Your experience & skills include:
- Previous experience in the same position
- Proficient in English (verbal & written), other language is an advantage
- Strong knowledge on guest satisfaction, Leading quality assurance and loyalty program
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities
- Familiar with PMS Opera will be advantage
What you will be doing:
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition from arrival through departure
- Being the loyalty activist ensuring loyalty programs are well implemented
- Leading the successful of LQA audit and supporting other certification such; Hygiene audit and evalpack audit
- Act as Manager on duty for front of house operations
