General requirement:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
- Experience in independent Venue & Dining establishment
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and team player
- Results and targets driven
- Passion for delivering the utmost highest level of customer services
- Leadership skills with ability to promote a positive, driven and guest focused culture
- Ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage for GRO
