Requirements:
Max 35 years old (1 – 6)
Excellent communication skills and corespondence in English (1 – 5)
Relevant education background with the position (1 – 6)
Able to work in part of team & independent and able to work under pressure (1 – 6)
Experienced minimum is 2 year at the same position (1 – 6)
Able work with good work ethic, good in self-motivation, professional attitude, and have ability to handle multiple task (1 – 6)
Has experience in real estate & investment office work (2)
Able to do a web sites, email newsletters, social media, contracts and agreements, etc. (2)
Familiar with all the main designers tools, a working knowledge of desktop design software, such as Illustrator, InDesign or QuarkXPress, and image-editing packages such as Photoshop (3)
Able to create videos according to request and can use adobe premiere pro, final cut pro x, etc. (3)
Have experience and knowledge around electrical and general operational running of facilities such as hotels, beach club, etc. (6)
Able to do odd jobs around the property, painting and fixing where needed (6)
