Requirement:
Max 35 years old (1 – 4)
Excellent communication skills and corespondence in English (1 – 4)
Relevant education background with the position (1 – 4)
Able to work in part of team & independent and able to work under pressure (1 – 4)
10 years related work experience with at least 5 years overseeing large project in Indonesia (1)
Experienced minimum is 3 year at the same position (2 – 4)
Able work with good work ethic, good in self-motivation, professional attitude, and have ability to handle multiple task (1 – 4)
Able to read and comprehend blue prints, site plans, and topographical drawings (1)
Familiar with construction/development standards and practices (1)
Proficient in performing simple arithmetic. Algebra, and geometry calculations (1)
Has experience in real estate sales and investments (2)
Able to recruit a successful team (2)
Can speak Russian/Cantonese/Bahasa Indonesia/Mandarin/Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian/German is an advantage (2)
Have experience in Accounting system (e.g. Xero, QBO) (3)
Has good skill in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Motion Graphic, etc. (4)
