- Have worked for companies such as Laucala, Aman, HukaLodge, ChevalBlanc, The Brando or OneandOnly
- Resort specialist with impeccable operational background to benchmark standards & services
- Opening and Indian Ocean experience highly regarded
- Strong business acumen and super luxury resort experiences
- Pushing the boundaries of excellence in client, employee & guest experience
- Impeccable understanding of rooms & F&B operations
- Managing people's culture & mentoring team
- Understanding of water sport activities, wellness services & quality standards
