Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role as Director of Human Resources or senior HR leadership position.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development.
Experience in Organization Development and Performance Management.
Good knowledge of Compensation, Salary, and Remuneration management.
Familiar with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR administration.
Experience in Manpower planning and HR budgeting.
Strong understanding of labor laws, legal compliance, and industrial relations.
Skilled in change management and crisis leadership.
Strong knowledge of local and national labor regulations.
