If you are a strong leader with solid experience in hotel operations, a passion for driving team performance, and the ability to create exceptional guest experiences, we would love to meet you.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent understanding of hotel operational standards and guest satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities
- Able to work under pressure and handle operational challenges effectively
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Min. Diploma Degree
- Experience in international chain hotels will be an advantage
